# Squarespace

Use your Squarespace order and refund history to keep customer audiences up to date.

## Before you start

You need access to the Squarespace website you want to connect. You authorize WasteNot through Squarespace; you do not need to create an API key.

## Connect Squarespace

1. [Add a Squarespace data source](https://app.wastenot.io/integrations/connectors/new/squarespace) in WasteNot.
2. Click **Continue with Squarespace**, then sign in, choose your website, and approve access.
3. Return to WasteNot. Your order and refund history will begin syncing automatically.

## What gets synced

* **Orders:** Paid, refunded, and partially paid orders, with order date, value, and available customer email, phone, or customer ID. Test orders are excluded.
* **Refunds:** Individual payment refunds, with refund date, amount, and the customer's email when available.

WasteNot checks for updated orders and transactions during scheduled syncs. This connection does not include anonymous visitors, page views, or contact signup events.

## Reconnect your website

If the data source shows an authentication error, open it in [Integrations](https://app.wastenot.io/integrations) and click **Reconnect**. Sign in to Squarespace and select the same website again. Reconnecting keeps your existing data source and refreshes its authorization.

If syncing has been paused for more than seven days, you may need to reconnect before it can resume.

## Connect more websites

Add a separate Squarespace data source for each website. To authorize an existing website again, use **Reconnect** on its data source.
