Konnektive
Connect Konnektive to WasteNot to sync order and refund activity from your CRM. Use this data to build audiences based on recent purchases and refunds.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Konnektive, you will need:
- A Konnektive account with access to Admin → Users
- A dedicated API user with Access Level set to
Api User - The API user's Login ID and Password
Configure the API user
Follow the Konnektive API user guide and make sure the user is configured with:
- Access Level —
Api User - IP Whitelist —
AWS - Access Details —
Query Orders,Query Customers,Query Purchases, andQuery Transactions
Konnektive passwords used for this connection cannot contain &
characters.
Connecting Konnektive
- Add a new Konnektive data source in WasteNot
- Enter a Name for the data source
- Enter the API user's API Login ID
- Enter the API user's API Password
- Click Connect
WasteNot will verify the credentials and begin syncing your Konnektive data.
What data is synced
- Orders — Successful orders from Konnektive
- Refunds — Refunded orders from Konnektive
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect multiple Konnektive accounts?
Yes. Create a separate data source for each Konnektive account you want to sync.
My data source shows "Failed" status
Common causes:
- The API Login ID or API Password is incorrect
- The API user's password contains
& - The API user is missing the required IP whitelist or access details
Verify the API user settings in Konnektive, then update the data source in Data Sources if needed.
