Connect Postmark to WasteNot to sync transactional email delivery data. Track email opens, bounces, and delivery events to build audiences that reflect real engagement with your transactional communications.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Postmark, you will need:

• A Postmark account with a server configured
• A Server API Token from Postmark

Getting your Postmark Server API Token

1. Log in to your Postmark account
2. Select the server you want to connect
3. Go to Settings > API Tokens
4. Copy the Server API token

Connecting Postmark

1. Add a new Postmark data source in WasteNot
2. Enter a Name for the data source
3. Paste your Server API Token in the Api Token field
4. Click Save

WasteNot will begin syncing your Postmark delivery data.

What data is synced

• Message deliveries — Successful delivery events
• Opens — Email open tracking events
• Bounces — Hard and soft bounce records
• Spam complaints — Spam report events

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect multiple Postmark servers?

Yes. Create a separate data source for each Postmark server using that server's API token.

Why is only recent data showing up?

Postmark provides access to message activity within its retention window. Historical data beyond that window is not available for initial sync.

My data source shows "Failed" status

Verify your Server API Token is still valid. If you regenerated the token in Postmark, update it in WasteNot by editing the data source.
