Connect Recharge to WasteNot to sync subscription lifecycle data. Use this data to build audiences around subscription starts, active subscriptions, and cancellations.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Recharge, you will need:

• A Recharge account with access to API tokens
• A Recharge API token with read access to subscriptions

Creating a Recharge API token

1. Log in to your Recharge account
2. Open your Recharge API token settings
3. Create or copy an API token
4. Make sure the token has read access to subscriptions

Connecting Recharge

1. Add a new Recharge data source in WasteNot
2. Enter a Name for the data source
3. Paste your Recharge API token in the Api Token field
4. Click Connect

WasteNot will begin syncing your Recharge subscription data automatically.

What data is synced

• Subscriptions Created — New subscriptions created in Recharge
• Subscriptions Activated — Subscriptions currently active in Recharge
• Subscriptions Cancelled — Subscriptions cancelled in Recharge

Can I connect multiple Recharge stores?

Yes. Create a separate Recharge data source for each store or account you want to sync.

How do I update my API token?

Go to Data Sources, click on your Recharge data source, click Edit, and paste the new token.

My data source shows "Failed" status

This usually means the API token was revoked or no longer has the required read permissions. Verify the token in Recharge, then update it in WasteNot.
